ScriptAno sells digital micro-drama scripts (“Scripts”) as virtual, downloadable products. No physical goods are shipped; delivery is instant upon successful payment.

4. License Grant

When you purchase a Script, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that Script to develop, produce, and distribute your own audiovisual work (including but not limited to short dramas, vertical dramas, and series).

You may:

• Use the Script to create and monetize your own productions
• Adapt dialogue, scenes, and structure for your production

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Script file itself
• Offer the Script as a template, stock item, or writing sample to others
• Claim copyright ownership of the Script text

ScriptAno retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Script. You own the finished production you create from it.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [USD] and processed through PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your region.

6. Delivery

Scripts are delivered by instant digital download. You are responsible for saving the file after purchase.

7. No Warranty

Scripts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for professional quality, we do not warrant that a Script is suitable for any specific purpose or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptAno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Scripts.
