Our Policy on Digital Goods
All ScriptAno products are digital files delivered by instant download. Because a downloaded file can be copied and kept, we generally do not issue refunds once a Script has been downloaded or accessed.
When We Will Consider a Refund (Case by Case)
We review requests individually and may refund or replace in these situations:
- You have not downloaded the file and the purchase was duplicate or accidental (request within [3] hours of purchase).
- The file is defective or corrupted, or we sent the wrong Script. We will replace it promptly, or refund if we cannot.
- The Script is materially not as described on its product page. We will review and decide case by case.
When We Do Not Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the file.
- You simply no longer want the Script after access.
- Issues that arise from your own editing, production, or third-party tools.
How to Request
Email erlishangmao@outlook.com within [3] days of purchase with your order number and a short explanation. We aim to respond within [3] business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact us first. Opening a PayPal chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
